How long until my hat ships?
5–7 business days, since every hat is made to order.
Will the design peel or crack?
No. Designs are sublimated directly into the hat, not pressed on as vinyl.
What size are the hats?
Adult size, with a foam front, mesh back, and adjustable snap closure.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean only. We do not recommend washer or dryer.
Can I return my hat?
Hats are final sale, but if something's wrong, I'll remake it. Let me know within 72 hours of delivery.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes at select horse shows.
